We provide worldwide support to the Deutz Group in the areas of: controlling, purchasing, strategy, finance, IT, logistics, project management and data protection.

 


What we are looking for:

  • People committed to the project who wish to join an international team
  • For us dedication, innovation and teamwork are quite important
  • Preparation, control and payment of payrolls and complementary documentation. Loading of monthly variables. Posting payroll entries. Management of foreclosures, union dues, advances, arrears, regularizations etc
  • Execution and registration of employment contracts; registrations, cancellations and modifications in Social Security
  • Estimation of closeouts, settlements, social security, personal income tax, withholdings, sanctions, variables, regularizations, etc. Procedures and communications in INSS and TGSS
  • Ellaboration of Certificates, RNTs/RLCS, CAE, Casia, Crete, Contrat@, Redsara, WINSUITE Management, RED System, SILTRA, DELTA, work accidents via SAP HR, CRA file, etc. Preparation of employment contracts, use of certific@ platforms, contrat@
  • Advice on labour matters (type of contracts, legal requirements, legal reasons for absences, etc.)
  • Attendance control, absenteeism, IT, holidays, schedules, paid leave, paternity/maternity, etc.
  • Preparation of executive and analytics reports
  • Generation of reports in SAP HCM
  • Employee service
  • Solve possible problems with central IT in the execution of payroll in SAP
  •  Collaborate with IT as an expert in this process on future adaptations and improvements
