The Trainer and Dealer Manager will administer DEUTZ programs and policies professionally and proactively (trained personnel, warranty claims, and dealer development activities). The Trainer and Dealer Manager will ensure a quality infrastructure (DPCs, OEMs, Master Dealers, and Dealers) exists to sell/support DEUTZ products (engines & parts). The ideal candidate must encourage the DPCs, Master Dealers, Dealers, and OEMs to be the best possible representatives of DEUTZ products and have a professional background and experience. The Trainer and Dealer Manager must be dedicated to achieving operational excellence with a genuine interest in helping DEUTZ succeed to take the business to the next level of growth. |

Represent DEUTZ products.

Focus on the service operations liaison between DEUTZ Corp, DPC’s, OEM’s and dealers in your A.O.R.
|
|

Work with DPC Branch Manager to process /initiate/encourage Service Dealer sign-up, set-up, evaluation, and approval.
|

Liaison with DPC Management to ensure that other warranty-related issues are properly administered and processed. (Warranty documentation, prompt inspection of failed parts and engines, failure reports). This activity could include negotiation on product-related matters (goodwill, retrofits, updates, campaigns).

Report field activities and gather/refine ideas on how to improve DEUTZ products and policies.

Train and assist in the technical training of personnel at DPC’s, OEM’s, Master Dealers, Dealers and Rental companies, and End Users.

Handle all administrative issues in a business-like manner, including call reports, itineraries, expense reports, budgets, forecasts and requests from others for action or information.

Pursue knowledge about our business, our products, our markets, and the customers we serve. Education is an ongoing process.

Possess professional product knowledge/financial fundamentals.
