Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner I is primarily responsible for managing the recruiting process to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization through the job offer process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Talent Acquisition Partner I will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Post internal and external job advertisements.
- Monitors number of resumes received to determine if job posting sponsorship is necessary.
- Maintains an accurate listing of all open positions.
- Participate in recruiting events and cultivate relationships with relevant schools and training programs.
- Works with Human Resource team and hiring managers to gain full understanding of position requirements, duties, and responsibilities.
- Source resumes, screen resumes and applications, identifying applicants who are the best fit and have the greatest potential for open positions.
- Prescreens applicants (phone interviews and face-to-face). Interviews are occasionally performed on weekends.
- Makes recommendations to hiring managers. Schedules internal and external applicant interviews with hiring managers.
- Make contingent offers of employment.
- Maintains employee confidentially and follows organizations policy and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 10% - 40% depending on business needs and new site launches.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Manufacturing assembly and warehouse environment. Subject to noise, dust, diesel fuel, oil, and extreme hot/cold temperatures. No A/C.
