Job Summary
The Branch Expansion Manager is responsible for ensuring that all new branch locations and their operational sites meet company standards in terms of performance, productivity, and compliance. As a part of the Branch Expansion Team, you will assist in developing strategies that enhance business operations, streamline processes, and maximize profitability across locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Branch Expansion Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Provide leadership and be a resource to all team members, both during and after the opening of the new branch.

Ensure the operational performance of new branches, ensuring consistent processes and standards are met.

Facilitate and communicate with multiple contractors, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to branch opening specifications.

Implement company specific operational strategies and processes.

Provide training and support to new managers and personnel on proper field procedures to ensure productive and quality work, as well as to ensure that assigned equipment (service trucks, Shop and Field Tools, etc.) is well maintained and kept in good condition.

Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance at each location.

Serve as a liaison between new branch locations and the corporate office, communicating updates and resolving operational issues.

Coordinate with DEUTZ Corporate and DPC teams to ensure all equipment needs for the initial branch set up and projects can be met prior to committing said resources to the customers.

Make routine visits to all major jobsites during installation to ensure quality processes are in place and adhered to and that production rates meet expectations.

Helps to ensure the crew understands the expectations of the company respecting job layouts, cleanliness, and that our jobs are set up in a professional manner.

Troubleshoot problems encountered during branch set up and on all projects.

Ensure completion of all company reports and paperwork thoroughly and on time.

Assist with sales and provide support to the Branch Manager.

Assist with determining appropriate response to all customer service queries.

Assist with developing new methods and procedures leading into new and improved practices and technologies.

Implement and enforce all company policies and procedures with respect to DPC operations.

Attend company meetings, industry workshops, and conferences when required.

Ensure that Deutz 5Ts are the guiding principles.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Individual Contributor
Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 75% depending on business needs.

LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Manufacturing assembly and warehouse environment. Subject to noise, dust, diesel fuel, oil, and extreme hot/cold temperatures. No A/C.
