Your tasks:

  • HR IT Systems: Support implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for the region Asia-Pacific   
  • Performance Management: facilitate performance management process (e.g. performance appraisals) in line with group standards 
  • HR analytics: build proficient HR analytics framework and dashboard in line with group standards and regional needs  
  • Supervision of sub-regional HR activities: provide guidance on global HR guidelines & requirements as well as offer expertise on local needs 
  • Compensation & benefits: Design competitive employee compensation & benefit plans according to market standards and in line with group standards 
  • Career and talent management: linking to global talent mgmt. and roll-out of applicable talent management measures for the region 
  • Learning & development: Ensure access to global learning catalogue and develop additional trainings due to regional & local needs to expand employee’s knowledge and capabilities  
  • Recruiting, Onboarding, Exit management & Offboarding: 
    • Develop framework concept in line with group standards 
    • E2E process responsibility für hiring- & exit process (FTE demand – enable professional & fast onboarding) Advise & support business (sub-regional leaders)  
  • Payroll: manage payroll campaigns and payroll adjustments 
  • Culture & Transformation: align with group guidance and support regional activities to activate leadership principles (5Ts – Team, Truth, Trust, Transparency, Tenacity), leadership development, growth & performance mindset  
  • Organization structures: responsible for transparent & up-to-date organization structures and ensure intension is reflected in way of working 
  • Center of service delivery: Experience in the conception & implementation of operational HR service organizations to provide efficient, customer-centric and proficient admin services is advantageous to local entities 
  • Internal Communication: focus on transparent and consistent communication to all employees in the region 
  • General Office Management in regional office: ensure Office is in good shape, run smoothly and adheres to safety & ergonomic standards  
  • Employer branding: convey the DEUTZ employer value proposition to current and new employees in close alignment with group and roll out measures across the region 

 

 

Your skillset:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with 8+ years’ working experience 
  • Basic process design expertise & processual thinking 
  • Strategic thinking 
  • Leadership competency – i.e. providing guidance to sub-regional heads and finance heads, liaising with group HR & other functions, leading functional teams within the region through dotted lines 
  • Stakeholder Management in multi-cultural environment 
  • Project management – proven track record to drive complex projects systematically in a cross-regional VUCA environment 
  • Networking/team player – build internal network within and outside of the region as well as utilizing external network  
  • Promote internal collaboration among sub-regions and headquarter 
  • Entrepreneurial & objective-driven – proactively promote internal optimization opportunities
