Job Summary

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of multiple Deutz Power Center (DPC) branches within a defined geographic region. This role oversees service, parts, field operations, and customer delivery in a whole-machine service model, supporting a diverse portfolio of OEM equipment including Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), telehandlers, and a broad range of light and heavy construction equipment used primarily in the rental and construction markets. The position drives operational excellence, financial performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while ensuring consistent execution of company standards across all locations.

Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across multiple DPC branch locations

Drive consistency and execution in service operations, including shop, field service, and mobile repair teams
|

Ensure efficient workflow, technician productivity, and asset utilization across all branches

Standardize processes for diagnostics, repair quality, turnaround times, and service delivery
|

Leverage technology platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and telematics systems to monitor branch performance, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed operational decisions across all locations.

Own full regional P&L, including service revenue, parts and labor sales, labor efficiency, and cost control
|

Set and achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets

Monitor KPIs such as:

Develop and execute annual budgets and forecasts

Strengthen and grow relationships with key customers in the rental, construction, and equipment dealer sectors

Partner with sales teams to grow service contracts, preventative maintenance programs, and repair volume

Ensure exceptional customer experience, rapid response times, and high equipment uptime

Drive and support expansion of Deutz service capabilities across represented equipment brands

Ensure technical competency across a range of OEM products supported within branches

10+ years of operations leadership in equipment service, heavy equipment, rental, or power systems industries
|

| • |
Proven experience managing multi-location service operations
|
|

Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility

Deep understanding of service operations (shop, field service, parts integration)
|
|
| • |
Experience supporting rental fleets or construction equipment service environments
|
| • |
Familiarity with multi-OEM service environments
|
|

Experience with diesel/gas engines, power generation, or industrial equipment platforms

Background in organizations with strong service metrics and KPI-driven management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; however, candidates with equivalent hands-on industry experience in equipment service, power systems, or construction operations are strongly encouraged to apply
