Job Summary
Position Summary
The Transformation Analyst is responsible for integrating strategic KPI alignment and tactical execution to drive business transformation initiatives. This role manages the full data lifecycle from gathering, cleaning, and preparing datasets to building predictive models and delivering actionable insights, while also implementing automation solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Transformation Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Define, track, and monitor KPIs aligned with corporate strategy and business objectives.
Partner with leadership teams to ensure performance measures reflect both strategic goals and operational realities.

Provide actionable insights through data to help drive business decisions through process mapping, analyzation and improving business processes.

Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and workflows.
-
Provide data-driven recommendations to support improvements in efficiency, scalability, and standardization.

Develop KPIs and dashboards that measure process performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Gather, clean, and prepare data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, operational platforms).
Build and maintain data models to support analytics and fore casting.

Conduct root cause analysis and scenario modeling to identify trends and anticipate business needs.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across reporting environments.

Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, Excel, Smartsheet).

Automate reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of accurate information.

Build visualizations that communicate complex insights in a clear, business-friendly format.

Support business owners in all departments with data tools that enhance performance visibility.

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate, AFO, FSM, or other data analytic tools.

Integrate data and reporting solutions across platforms (SAP, Dynamics, Smartsheet, excel).

Partner with IT to configure and support ERP/CRM applications as they relate to transformation goals.

Troubleshoot and optimize automated processes to ensure reliability and adoption.

Act as a liaison between leadership, operations, and IT to ensure alignment of transformation goals.

Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and training sessions.
-
Support change management strategies to build adoption and minimize resistance.
-
Deliver end-user support, documentation, and training to drive successful implementation

Provide hands-on execution while also delivering governance KPI and Dashboard frameworks to ensure sustainability.

Track progress against transformation milestones and report on outcomes.
-
Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day tactical support, ensuring both vision and execution are achieved.
Other Qualifications

Proficiency in Power BI, SAP BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, Power Automate, SQL, Python, and Visio.

Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems including SAP, FSM, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Strong communication skills to bridge IT and business stakeholders.

Experience with change management methodologies to support adoption of new processes and technologies.

Hands-on execution mindset: able to deliver dashboards, models, and workflows while also advising leadership.

Travel Requirements

Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 0-10% depending on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
-
5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, transformation, business analysis, or related fields.
-
3-5 years of direct experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operation excellence programs.
-
3-5 years hands on experience with data gathering, cleaning, preparation, and building data models.
-
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into measurable KPI’s
-
Strong process collaboration skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations without owning process mapping.

Proficiency in data analytics programs, MS Excel, Automation, ERP Data, CRM Data, FSM Data, and process mapping programs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with change management methodologies to support adoption of new process and technologies

Preferred Requirements

Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Data Science, or related field
-
2-4 years’ experience working in SAP, ERP, MS Dynamic CRM platforms and workflow automation technologies (Power Automate, FSM).

Proficiency in Power BI, SAP BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, Power Automate, SQL, Python and Visio.

Knowledge of ERP.CRM systems including SAP, FSM and Microsoft Dynamics
Physical Requirements:
-
Manufacturing assembly and warehouse environment. Subject to noise, dust, diesel fuel, oil, and extreme hot/cold temperatures. No A/C.

If employee is in the office area, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
