Job Summary
Position Summary
The Parts Sales Support Manager will be responsible for supporting DEUTZ customers and sales force while deploying various customer solutions to improve customer experience and streamline customer interaction. You will have the opportunity to drive business performance and increase customer value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Parts Sales Support Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Assist DEUTZ sales and distribution teams throughout the sales process.
- Act as liaison between customer service team and warehouse operations, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Answering customer inquiries, providing product information, assisting with order placement, and resolving issues or complaints.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Manage EC Kit work orders, identify shortages and provide updates or escalations to the sales team.
- Respond to inquiries or updates via smart equip ticketing system and report back to sales team as needed.

Other Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work with multiple departments and personalities.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
- An understanding of the sales process and the ability to support sales representatives effectively.
- The ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to self-start and work without close supervision, understand what needs to be done, and take the required actions.

Travel Requirements
- Anticipate domestic travel of less than 10%.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or relevant field or equivalent
- Two plus years of relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end supply chain required (order management, logistics/distribution)
- Working knowledge of SAP required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Preferred Requirements
- Working knowledge of diesel engines.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in an office. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
