Job Summary
Position Summary
This position will liaise with the Marketing Director, Marketing Project Manager, Chief Sales Officer, DEUTZ Power Center personnel, and other departments. Additionally, this role will assist in organizing trade shows and other significant events. The ideal candidate must have an enthusiastic attitude and a results-driven spirit. The candidate must also have strong graphic design experience, exceptional decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to follow through on assigned projects and effectively multi-task under pressure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing Intern will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Assist with creating assets needed for social media posts, DEUTZ websites (DEUTZ Corporation and DPC website), and promotional point-of-sale materials, such as signage and product brochures.
- Play a substantial role in the DEUTZ Corporation social media strategy by creating a social media calendar including daily recommendations and suggested post frequencies.
- Provide monthly metrics and trends for each social media platform DEUTZ Corporation participates in.
- Support DEUTZ Power Center branding guidelines by assisting with service truck graphic approvals and other DEUTZ Power Center point of sale materials.
- Provide daily assistance by forwarding sales leads to the correct sales channels and people.
- Assist with handling logistics for both DEUTZ products and people while conducting Trade Show booth space selection and establishing branding and layout
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work with multiple departments and personalities.
- Strong management skill with the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced Environment with changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

Travel Requirements
- Anticipate domestic and international travel is approximately 0-10% depending on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Requirements
- Either currently in college/some college credits required (graphic design or marketing) or Graduated with Degree in the field
- Basic Knowledge of marketing best practices
- Ability to communicate well with others throughout the organization
- Strong customer-focused work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Software experience in Adobe Photoshop and in Design
