Job Summary
Our Intern will be completing entry level work for Deutz to gain experience in a specific field related to their degree. The duties of an intern may vary depending on the department they are working in. This role requires a candidate who can build great relationships with peers and supervisors while representing the DEUTZ brand with excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
An Intern will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Learning and becoming proficient in SAP and other software utilized by Deutz.

Support engineering prototype builds.

Assisting with creation and revision of technical documentation.

Participate during the design review process.
-
Understand the overall concept of Deutz, including the brand, customers, company goals, and product goals.

Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.

Provides suggestions to management for improving internal processes.

Attend required meetings and assist by creating presentations.

Conduct research that is helpful to the team for accomplishing project goals.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

HS Education or equivalent
-
Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining a degree
Preferred Requirements

Prior CAD/3-D modeling experience
-
Prior experience around IC engines, off-road equipment/vehicles

Prior experience in a workplace setting
Physical Requirements:
-
Manufacturing assembly and warehouse environment. Subject to noise, dust, diesel fuel, oil, and extreme hot/cold temperatures. No A/C.

If the employee is located in the office area, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
