POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Intern will be completing entry level work for Deutz to gain experience in a specific field related to their degree. The duties of an intern may vary depending on the department they are working in. This role requires a candidate who can build great relationships with peers and supervisors while representing the DEUTZ brand with excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
An intern will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Learning and becoming proficient in SAP and other software utilized by Deutz.

Learning to understand the overall concept of Deutz, including the brand, customers, company goals, and product goals.

Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.

Provides suggestions to management for improving internal processes.

Attending required meetings and assisting by creating presentations
-
Any other duties specific to the department.

Conducting research that is helpful to team accomplishing project goals.

Performs any other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 0-10% depending on business needs.

LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:
Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Manufacturing assembly and warehouse environment. Subject to noise, dust, diesel fuel, oil, and extreme hot/cold temperatures. No A/C.

If Intern is located in the office area, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
