The Facilities Management Supervisor is responsible for the proactive management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all interior and exterior building systems for two diesel engine manufacturing facilities and supporting warehouse operations. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations through effective maintenance planning, execution, budgeting, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. The supervisor leads day-to-day facilities maintenance activities while coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. The Facilities Supervisor provides direct supervision, including hiring input, and guidance to on-site facility technicians at each location and ensures consistent standards across both sites. |

Oversee the proactive maintenance of all interior and exterior facility components, including buildings, grounds, utilities, and infrastructure for assigned locations
|

Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
|

Plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective maintenance, repairs, and capital upgrades
|

Ensure proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, compressed air, fire protection, and other critical building systems

Coordinate internal facilities staff and external contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timeliness of work

Perform routine and scheduled facility inspections to assess building condition and performance and identify hazards and deficiencies

Proactively identify risks, operational issues, and improvement opportunities

Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and safety incidents

Promote and enforce company EHS policies and safe work practices

Support cross-functional teams during production changes, expansions, or equipment installations

Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions related to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance

Track facilities maintenance spending and identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

Support capital planning by identifying facility improvement and replacement needs

Utilize facility maintenance tracking systems to document work orders, inspections, and asset history

Directly supervise and support on-site facility technicians at each location, including task prioritization, performance feedback, and coordination of work activities

Assign, review, and monitor facility maintenance work orders to ensure timely and effective completion

7–10 years of progressive multi-site facilities or facility maintenance management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Proven experience with facility maintenance planning, execution, scheduling, and budgeting

Building infrastructure and construction principles

Strong working knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and utility systems.

Demonstrated understanding of health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to industrial facilities

Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications

Associate’s Degree or equivalent technical training in facilities management, building systems, engineering or a related field.
