Your tasks:

  • Manage and drive the cross-functional transformation program of DEUTZ AG incl. functional leadership of an interdisciplinary team
  • Managing 25 global initiatives and their sub-projects with a focus on customer orientation, growth, efficiency and sustainability
  • Ensuring the implementation of projects in time, budget and quality based on meaningful KPIs 
  • Design and implement consistent project governance, standardized project management standards and holistic reporting to create transparency of project results, risks and progress
  • Coach our cross-functional project teams and support them in achieving our ambitious goals
  • You keep the streams of our transformation together and ensure a target oriented communication
  • You remain in constant communication with key management stakeholders and multipliers in order to live the transformation consistently across the organization
     

Your skillset:

  • Master’s degree in economics, Science or Engineering
  • You have 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in strategy/corporate consulting, M&A or transformation
  • In-depth practical knowledge of project management, project controlling and reporting, as well as methodological expertise in classic and agile structures
  • You are a committed team player with a strong solution orientation, strong analytical skills and a high degree of flexibility 
  • You are characterized by structured, service-oriented and agile ways of working and you can communicate successfully at all levels (employees, managers, functional departments, other stakeholders, ...), while being emphatic and strong in implementation
  • You enjoy change and are excited to tackle new topics and tasks with courage and perseverance
