Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist for Sharded Services will have administrative and strategic responsibilities and assist with essential functions such as onboarding, benefits, and other daily HR transactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to understand their needs and concerns, and proactively identify potential HR issues and provide solutions to address them.
- Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives within the Shared Services division, ensuring they are aligned with the overall business objectives and effectively support the company's mission and values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels within the Shared Services division, fostering a positive and engaging work culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development, performance management, and career planning to support their team's growth and development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices within the HR Shared Services.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the employee experience within the Shared Services division, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to HR practices within the HR Shared Services
- Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
- Proactively update the organization on HR related activities and initiatives•
- Execute on key priorities and action plans to address Shared Services problems.
- Facilitate collaborative problem-solving strategies to resolve employee relations issues through effective communication with all levels of employees.
- Perform management and employee training for HR policies and processes.
- Participate in the development of HR programs to support the growth and capability within HR Shared Services.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee issues and concerns, such as discrimination or harassment complaints, and any violations.
- Prepare paperwork and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional first-day experiences.
- Handle all administrative tasks for new-hire orientations and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 Years of progressive HR experience, Preferably In A Shared Services Environment
- 2 plus years of HRIS experience
- Strong Microsoft Word, excel
- Strong Confidentiality & Discretion
- Familiarity with national HR laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HR policies and systems
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- Basic SAP SuccessFactors experience
- HR Certification (SHRM, PHR)
