Job Summary
The Aftermarket Warehouse Associate will be involved with all warehouse operations related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse-related activities. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to maintaining a high-quality work environment and being a team player. The Warehouse Associate must be hard-working, organized, and detail oriented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Aftermarket Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Daily housekeeping of warehouse.

Pick and pack parts for customer orders.

Receive and stock freight in hard locations.
-
Assemble and stock modification kits.
-
Process receiving documents; prepare Bill of Lading / Airway Billing.

Loading and unloading of LTL and small package carrier trucks.
-
Initiates good customer services by giving prompt, efficient and friendly service to internal and external customers.

Abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

Abides by all safety rules and uses all appropriate safety equipment.
-
Cleaning and/or dusting shelving units and workstations. Sweeping floors in an open area and under racks.

Other duties as assigned.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to process information and understand discrepancies between data.

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to manage time effectively by using the right documentation to know how much inventory is on hand at any given moment

Strong problem-solving ability to work through any challenge, conflict, or unexpected situation and achieve goals with proven results.

Travel Requirements

Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 0-10% depending on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
-
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Strong Familiarity with general warehouse operations
-
Ability to use a computer with SAP
-
Good verbal communication skills and Legible handwriting
-
Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

Strong organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
-
Manufacturing assembly and warehouse environment. Subject to noise, dust, diesel fuel, oil, and extreme hot/cold temperatures. No A/C.

If employee is in the office area, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
